Asgard
Asgard is a decentralized reserve currency protocol based on the ASG token. Each ASG token is backed by a basket of assets (e.g. DAI, FRAX) in the Asgard treasury, giving it an intrinsic value that it cannot fall below. Asgard also introduces economic and game-theoretic dynamics into the market through staking and bonding. In the long term, Asgard highest priority is to promote a strong decentralized ecosystem by fostering the stability, integrity, and efficiency of the crypto monetary system. Ultimately, this will reduce the dependency on centralized stablecoins and their associated risks, instead, this will create a new reserve free-floating currency backed by a treasury of assets.
